Finnish sauna

A Finnish sauna (also called dry sauna ) works thanks to the progressive heating of stones (peridotite, olivine-dolerite and olivine) placed on the heat source, so the air becomes dry and you have to humidify it (a level of 10-20%) by throwing water on the stones. A few minutes in the sauna alternate with baths or showers in cold water.
